The Beachouse
We're a small, family-run spot on the Coral Coast. Tropical gardens, turquoise lagoon, and one of the best surf breaks around. That's pretty much it.
Everything you need is right here — surf, swim, snorkel, dive, kayak, paddleboard. And we've kept it simple so you can actually afford to enjoy yourself.
The goal? You love it here so much you keep coming back. Most people do.
What We Stand For
No fake village tours or staged cultural shows. Just real Fiji. The pace moves with the tides, you'll actually meet locals, and the food tastes like someone's grandmother made it.
Breakfast, WiFi, kayaks, yoga mats, and coconut weaving lessons all come with your room. Because nickel-and-diming you for everything isn't our style.
We work with nearby villages, stock our shop with local artisan goods, and partner with Fijian-owned adventure companies. Your money actually stays in the community.
Our Team
Our team is made up of locals from the surrounding villages and travellers who came and never left. They're the heart of the Beachouse — always smiling, always ready to help, and always up for a yarn.
We also have an awesome ethical boutique store, working space and premier surf school — all run by people who genuinely love what they do.

Had the most delightful stay! Highlight was definitely volleyball with the lovely staff! There is a cute cat called Puna who will come and visit you if you stay in lodge 4. Nothing is more delicious than the homemade coconut ice cream! Will definitely come back soonsies. Vinaka!!

Amazing beach house! If you want to surf this is the place. You can either go on a boat to different spots or simply paddle out to the spot in front. I also rented a board as it's expensive to bring mine to Fiji and it was a great board!! Everyone is so friendly here, I also recommend the banana smoothie and the massages!

I had such a wonderful stay at the Beachhouse! I relaxed for a few days in the hammocks, got to swim in the beautiful pool and warm ocean. I was a solo traveller, and it felt like such a welcoming and safe place for me. The staff was wonderful — so kind and wonderful!

I stayed with my family for a week and absolutely loved it. The place has a really friendly vibe, from the staff and guests. The food is really good and good value. The guys at Base handle most of the activities (surfing, fishing and snorkelling) and are amazing. The waterfall trek is well worth it.
