For private transfers, we recommend booking through Westside Transfers & Tours or Pehicle. You can also take the express bus — Pacific Transport or Sunbeam — which runs multiple times daily from Nadi. The journey takes around 2 hours and costs approximately $15 FJD.

Yes! We recommend booking popular activities like surf lessons and island trips in advance — especially during peak season. We suggest booking directly with the provider — their emails can be found on the activities page. Or just email us or mention it when you book your room and we'll be happy to help.

Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 10am. Checking out doesn't mean you need to leave — you're welcome to use the resort facilities for the rest of the day. If you arrive early or need a late check-out, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Absolutely! We welcome families and have rooms that can accommodate children. The calm lagoon is great for kids, and there's plenty to keep them entertained — kayaking, snorkelling, swimming, and exploring the reef at low tide. Though please note, we do not have any dedicated kiddie activities.

Yes, free WiFi is available throughout the resort. It's good for browsing and messaging, though speeds can vary — this is Fiji after all! If you need to work remotely, the restaurant area usually has the strongest signal. We also suggest grabbing a mobile data SIM from the airport as a good backup.
